REO Properties -

A trained field service team goes into foreclosed or abandoned properties, and performs a "trash
out". This means we haul away anything left behind from the interior & exterior (including garage).
A "trash out" can run from $500 - $1500 depending upon the size of the house and property.
A standard trash out takes approximately a day to a day and a half to complete.
Fee includes: dump fee's, board up, change locks and labor

After tenants vacate property. If belongings are left behind, we can box them up and put items into a
storage facility. Or we can do a Trash Out and Clean Up - making minor repairs, touching up paint,
re-keying locks etc..... This service would run about $300-$800 depending on severity. When we are done
the property is in Rent able condition.

If your looking to put your house on the market, and it needs a little 'grooming' to get it into Sale Ready
shape, we can go in and spruce up the yard; mow, trim, prune. Power wash exterior of home, driveway,
decks and patio. Clean out garage. Deep clean interior of home; bathrooms, light fixtures, windows,
shelving, cupboards, oven, fridge and floors. Tear out old carpet.
